Domaine Foivos 47 Experimental Vinification of 47 Indigenous and Autochthonous Red and White Varieties 2017

Light rose color; aromas of flowers and unripe fruits, mainly citrus; body strong and balanced; long and hedonic aftertaste.

All the varieties of the Greek Vineyard together in a bottle of wine: 6 red indigenous and autochthonous varieties (mavrodaphne, agiorgitiko, xinomavro, petrokoritho, negoska, and limnionas) in experimental vinification with 41 white indigenous and autochthonous varieties: asyrtico, athiri, vidiano, savatiano, malagousia, petroulanos, zakynthino, vilana, malvasia, lagorthi, vostilidi, robola, muscat, tsaousi, muscatel etc.

Destemmed of red varities, cold extraction for a few hours, pressing, mixing with the white grapes musts, alcoholic fermentation at low temperature, filtering and bottling.
