The Moraitis Amma is an award winning naturally sweet wine made from private vineyards of the Moraitis Estate. Produced from two ancient grape varieties from Paros by natural sun-drying for 18 days, with 4 years of ageing in oak barrel, the Amma has rich flavours of prune and date with hints of apricot on the nose.
